An architect is the drawer of dreams! – Grace McGarvie
An architect is a person trained in the planning, design and oversight of the construction of buildings. This involves taking into consideration not only environmental and economic needs, but also the concerns of the construction team.
To practice architecture means to offer or render services in connection with the design and construction of a building, or group of buildings and the space within the site surrounding the buildings, that have as their principal purpose human occupancy or use.
Professionally, an architect's decisions affect public safety, and thus an architect must undergo specialised training consisting of advanced education for practical experience to earn a license to practice architecture. The practical, technical, and academic requirements for becoming an architect are very stringent.
Ultimately the client needs a design that is going to be the most economically effective for them, giving the architect a further task of drawing upon their ideals and needs in order to meet them effectively.
At Newbegin Building we work with a fantastic team of architects from all different back grounds that can be carefully selected for your build. If you require any more information contact us on our contacts page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
